Torrensville
Previously named New Thebarton, Torrensville, is an inner west Adelaide city fringe suburb where settlement within the area can be dated back as far as the 1840's.

Torrensville is approximately 2.044 square kilometres (or 204.4 hectares) and is bound by South Rd, the River Torrens, Hardys Rd, Henley Beach Rd, Rankine Rd, Hounslow Ave plus Marion Road. As of the last Census, 2011, the combined population of the area was approximately 3,867 which also had a medium average household income of $1070 per week.

Thebarton
Thebarton dates back to 1838 and was the first land surveyed outside of Adelaide. The suburbs name originates from Theberton Hall, Suffolk England. The city fringe suburb of Thebarton is only a stones throw from the Adelaide CBD and is adjacent to well known Boynton Park.

Thebarton is approximately 1.188 square kilometres and is bound by South Rd, the River Torrens, Port Rd and Kintore St. As of the last Census, 2011, the combined population of the area was approximately 1,322 which also had a medium average household income of $905 per week.

Richmond
The suburb of Richmond is one of Adelaide's inner west city fringe suburbs located in the City of West Torrens council area. It was named after the town Richmond in London and when settled was mainly used as farm land, over a period of time the land gradually developed into an industrial and residential region.

Richmond is approximately .0727 square kilometres and is bound by South Rd, Davenport Tce, Richmond Rd and Marion Rd. As of the last Census, 2011, the combined population of the area was approximately 3071 which also had a medium average household income of $996 per week.

Richmond comprises of:
